Calmacil

Calmacil was a Black Númenórean Necromancer of Mordor, and long-time rival of Arvorn Naurhir. The two had clashed several times over the years, beginning from childhood. He was also a brief mentor to Atanamir, though only to use him in his plot to finally end Arvorn. The rouse was ultimately unsuccessful, and Calmacil was slain in Evendim by the Wayfarers. His actions were also responsible for giving rise to The Devourer after his death.
